The house of Camarines

This house is located on a quiet, square, flat, well-maintained plot with a good view. The architecture of the home is very versatile. We have a double entrance, so the house could easily be divided in two, one ascending by a charming staircase, and the other at garden level. Both have independence. Upstairs, a large living room, a kitchen, dining area, bedroom, and beautiful bathroom. Downstairs, on the main floor, is the main part of the home. Large spaces, kitchen, living room, and dining room, leading to a large garden with a pool. Here we find the rooms, each pair sharing a bathroom. The sizes and ceiling heights are ideal. It needs some rehabilitation, but both the structure and the installations of the home are dreamy.
