Engel & Völkers is marketing the development of two semi-detached houses. It is a vertical property development, therefore, there are no common elements or community spaces. It should be noted that these are houses with energy certification A, very well insulated in roof and facades. As for the domestic hot water generation system, it works with an aerothermal pump, which uses renewable energies, and at the same time is very efficient. The heating is underfloor heating. The house also has an air conditioning system with hot and cold air through ducts and grilles. The house has three bedrooms plus a study. The kitchen and the study are open, but could be perfectly compartmentalized with a partition thus achieving a fourth room. The house has three complete bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the second floor, one of them inside the master bedroom suite. The pavement of the first floor is stoneware and the second floor is laminated parquet. The ceiling of the second floor is of free height and follows the sloping shape of the roof, which on the outside is made of black curved ceramic tiles, and on the inside of the house it is made of exposed wooden beams. The exterior carpentry is aluminum and Technal brand, with double glazing and thermal bridge break. The blinds are aluminum and motorized. To improve the acoustic comfort of the houses, the party wall that separates the two houses is not shared, each house has its own party wall, each of them with 4.5 cm. of mineral wool insulation and a plasterboard plate. In the garden there will be an underground tank to collect and use the rainwater coming from the roof. In the price is included the swimming pool, each house has its own saline chlorination, which allows using much less chemicals that make the water much healthier and entailing a much lower maintenance in both work and costs. The houses have a photovoltaic solar installation on the roof that increases the level of energy efficiency of the same. The houses are very bright, very comfortable and minimalist in design.
