Surrounding the house there is a huge garden area which has, at the front, a parking area with capacity for 8 vehicles and, at the back of the house and with total privacy, we find the large salt water swimming pool and the porch with the barbecues. The house has terrazzo floors, wooden windows, oil central heating and air conditioning through ceiling fans. It has a domotic installation that automatically controls the heating boiler, the pool lights and the water for irrigation. The house has its own well which is used to water the garden, the swimming pool and the house itself. It does not use mains water, although it could be connected to it.
