The neighborhood of Argüelles, born in the period of the Ensanche, is a magnificent exponent of bourgeois Madrid. Bounded by the Parque de Debod and Princesa Street, it advances in a narrow strip from the Plaza de España and towards the Parque del Oeste, bounded by the streets of Pintor Rosales, Irún, Paseo Moret, Ferraz, Princesa, Plaza de España and Cuesta de San Vicente. At the same time, the residents of this charming neighborhood enjoy the wonderful Parque del Oeste, considered one of the lungs of Madrid. In addition, the district has excellent communications thanks to its proximity on the one hand to the M-30, the A-6, Carretera de Castilla and the Moncloa Interchange: with direct access to the mountains of Madrid, and on the other hand access to the downtown area of the capital.
