The Golf Costa Brava development (Santa Cristina d'Aro) is currently subject to a municipal moratorium on the granting of building permits. Although the new urban planning regulations were approved in January 2026, the issuance of new permits is currently conditional upon the prior handover/acceptance of the development by the Town Council.
