Exclusive luxury detached house (AQUA)

The town of Teià is located in the south of El Maresme region, 20 km from Barcelona and 15 km from Mataró. Currently, the municipality covers an area of ​​6.63 km2 and is structured around the valley formed by the Riera de Teià, which crosses the urban center from top to bottom and empties directly into the sea. The historic center itself is located at the foot of the mountain, at an altitude of 128 metres, sheltered by the old parish church of Sant Martí. The town preserves the traditional urbanism and architecture of the region, with the typical farmhouses and "cases de cos", with their corresponding patios and exits. The growth experienced since the 60s of the 20th century led to the construction of the motorway and gave rise to a series of housing developments of detached houses that have just formed the current municipality. At a sociodemographic level, Teià has a marked residential character and has a retail business and a tertiary sector aimed at procuring goods and services in the community. A significant part of its 6,333 inhabitants work or study in other towns in the Barcelona conurbation, with which it is well connected by public transport through a direct motorway bus line and the train.
