Historic farmhouse from medieval times

Legend has it that water was probably one of the key elements for the repopulation of this nucleus in medieval times and for the birth and later life of the “Masía del Villar”, declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest and with traces of later extensions . Its access from the road, leads us to a path, where we arrive at the entrance door of the patio of the Mas. Its majestic façade with a tower welcomes us and opens the way to its splendid garden with abundant plants, an impressive centenary lime tree and the 15-meter long swimming pool that has a toilet and changing room. At the entrance door, we enter a wonderful 627m2 built on two floors, with period furniture that gives a traditional air to the entire building. On the ground floor of the house we find a large entrance equipped as a living room, a living room, a dining room, a large kitchen and a guest toilet with a shower. From the dining room you can access a terrace behind the house, from which you can see the medieval tower, with magnificent views of the surroundings. On the upper floor of the house there are six double bedrooms (three double), a single bedroom, two full bathrooms and a courtesy toilet.
