Modern dream house in excellent location

This house has a unique design and lots of the furniture was specifically built for the house. It also has an excellent location and all the elements of the house have a great quality and functionality. Entering the house we find ourselves in the entrance, from there we get direclty to the living room with fireplace and big windows that reach from the floor to the ceiling. From there we also get to the modern kitchen. There are two differents stairs that lead to the first floor, on one side there’s the office and the master bedroom with bathroom en suite, dressing room and a balcony. On the other side there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. All of the rooms have lovely views, a lot of space and light. Going up another stairs we get to the attic and the roof terrace. The basement is divided into a garage with space for two cars and a little independent apartment with living room, storage room, bathroom and bar where you could build a little kitchen. Outside the house there’s the terrace where you can relax and the swimming pool with an area for sun bathing. The garden is very simple and nice and it doesn’t need a lot of work.
