Urban Prata Riverside Village

Marvila is one of the oldest and most renowned neighborhoods in the eastern part of Lisbon. Initially an area of farms and palaces, it kept its rich architectural heritage when, in the 20th century, its strategic position at Lisbon's doorstep and communication with the river fostered its development and it became an important manufacturing hub. The 21st century brought in further development and even fame by establishing in the area - alongside Beato - creative hubs, restaurants, commerce and services. Now included in Lisbon's graffiti route, Marvila continues to attract a young, urban and creative population that appreciates the historical and neighborly character of the parish.
