Clara Kretzmann

Clara Kretzmann is Managing Director of Engel & Völkers Mittleres Ruhrgebiet GmbH. Together with her husband and Co-Managing Partner Christian Kretzmann, she is responsible for the company’s overall development. Her remit focuses in particular on the operational implementation of the corporate strategy and its translation into robust structures, processes and teams. A key emphasis of her work lies in the targeted use of AI-based technologies to optimise internal workflows and ensure sustainable quality standards.

Since the acquisition of the locations in 2022, Clara Kretzmann has played a central role in shaping the company’s development. Her work has focused on establishing clear organisational and leadership structures, professionalising internal processes and creating a scalable organisation. With a view to the planned expansion into additional territories in the western Ruhr region and the Lower Rhine in the first quarter of 2026, her current focus is on the further development of personnel structures, quality standards and sales processes, particularly in the context of increasing digitalisation and automation.

Clara Kretzmann oversees the areas of human resources management, sales, client relations and quality management. As a key point of contact for employees, she designs recruitment, development and leadership processes aimed at building high-performing and sustainable teams. At the same time, she manages sales activities and the support of private clients, placing particular emphasis on clear communication, reliable processes and a consistent service quality across all locations.

Her career at Engel & Völkers led her from an intern and working student to a real estate consultant and ultimately into the company’s management.
