Jana Leonov

Jana Leonov has been working as a real estate advisor at Engel & Völkers in Bochum since July 2026. Her interest in property emerged early on through closely accompanying the construction of her parents’ home, experiencing many processes first-hand and actively supporting them. These experiences sparked a lasting passion for real estate and the desire to guide people through important life decisions.

After successfully completing her training as a real estate agent, she initially gained further hands-on experience in the property management department of her training company.

During her training, she also gained valuable insights through several internships in the brokerage environment, including an international assignment in Málaga, Spain. There, she independently supported international clients, accompanied viewings, and gained her first experience in sales.

She deliberately chose Engel & Völkers for its strong brand, professional approach, and outstanding market presence. She was also particularly impressed by the team’s expertise and its commitment to the highest quality standards in real estate.
