Katharina Merkel

Born at Lake Tegernsee and raised in Gmund, this region has always been my home. From an early age, I was introduced to the world of real estate through my family's property projects, which sparked my passion for exceptional homes and the unique stories behind them.

After completing my degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Sales in Munich and Toronto, I spent several years working abroad. Together with my daughter, I consciously chose to return to my hometown, as my time abroad made me realize just how unique the Tegernsee Valley and the Miesbach region truly are.

As a certified real estate agent (IHK), I combine professional expertise with a deep connection to the local community. Buying or selling a property is one of the most important decisions in life.
