Stijn Hendriks

My name is Stijn Hendriks, and I have been working at Engel & Völkers in Kaiserslautern since 2019, covering both the Residential and Commercial sectors. In 2020, I began my training as a real estate agent, which I successfully completed in 2023 as the top graduate in Rhineland-Palatinate. During this time, I was involved in over 150 sales and rental transactions, allowing me to gain extensive practical experience alongside my theoretical education. Today, my responsibilities primarily include initial client consultations over the phone or in the office, managing back-office tasks, and creating captivating drone footage.
