Terms and Conditions of Entry

The organizer of this giveaway is Engel & Völkers Berlin Mitte GmbH (see Impressum).

This giveaway is in no way connected to, sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram or Facebook. The organizer is solely responsible for this promotion and is the exclusive point of contact.

Participation

Participation is free of charge. To enter, participants must:

• Like the giveaway post

• Tag two people in the comments of the giveaway post

Eligibility: Entrants must be natural persons aged 18 or older and residing in Germany.

Exclusions: Employees of Engel & Völkers GmbH, Engel & Völkers Residential GmbH, Engel & Völkers Immobilien Deutschland GmbH, Engel & Völkers Berlin Mitte GmbH, EuV Potsdam Immobilien GmbH, as well as their respective subsidiaries, licensing partners, and immediate family members, are excluded from participating.

Entries submitted via automated services, giveaway associations, or using false identities are strictly prohibited.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on May 10, 2026, and ends on May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CET).

Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected at random on June 1, 2026.

• Winners will be contacted on June 1, 2026.

• If a winner does not respond within 5 business days, the claim to the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

Shipping

The prize will be shipped by mail by Estée Lauder Companies GmbH.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Data Use and Transfer: For the purpose of selecting winners and distributing prizes, the personal data provided by the participant (e.g., name, email address, physical address) will be transferred to Estée Lauder Companies GmbH, Domagkstraße 10, 80807 Munich. Any further use of the data for promotional purposes by Estée Lauder Companies GmbH will only occur if the participant has given separate, explicit consent.

Disqualification

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or attempts to manipulate the giveaway system.

Liability

The organizer is only liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence. This limitation does not apply to liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

Premature Termination / Changes

The organizer reserves the right to modify or prematurely terminate the giveaway for good cause (e.g., technical issues or changes in legal regulations), provided this is necessary and does not unfairly disadvantage the participants.

Miscellaneous

• This giveaway is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

• Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
