In a quiet and orderly environment, in a condominium operated with central services, we offer a rental apartment for long-term lease.

With continuous caretaker service and weekly regular cleaning.

The apartments have an “A” energy performance certificate. A central mechanical system provides hot water as well as cooling and heating. In the apartments, purified air ensures air exchange through a central ventilation system. All utility consumption is controllable and metered.

Air conditioning, kitchen furniture, kitchen appliances (cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave), bathroom sanitary ware, washer-dryer, as well as lamps and curtains. (Design and furnishings vary by apartment!) Access-control entry system with entry code. Shared bicycle storage, selective waste collection.

Furniture: living room set, TV, bookcase, dining set, desk. Bedrooms: double bed, chest of drawers, guest bed, wardrobe. Accessories: decorations, lamps and rugs.

The lease term is for a fixed period, minimum 2 years. The lease agreement is signed before a notary public; before moving in, a security deposit must be paid in an amount equal to two months’ rent. Termination before the end of the fixed term: liquidated damages equal to two months’ rent.

In addition to the rent, the Tenant pays the apartments’ utilities based on metered data (water consumption, heating energy, electricity). Services payable separately: cable TV, satellite antenna, telephone and internet.
