The districts at a glance: #Vibrant city centre locations: Properties in central districts such as Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg or Charlottenburg offer urban living in close proximity to Berlin's cultural highlights, first-class restaurants and shopping facilities. These locations are characterised by short distances and excellent connections to the public transport network. #Idyllic peripheral locations: In districts such as Köpenick, Lichterfelde or Spandau, you will find quiet residential areas with lots of greenery, ideal for families or people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Here you can enjoy the proximity to parks, lakes and forests. #Up-and-coming neighbourhoods: districts such as Neukölln, Wedding and Moabit are characterised by dynamic developments and increasing attractiveness. These locations offer great potential for value appreciation and an exciting mix of tradition and modern lifestyle. #Traditional old building locations: Many of our properties in Pankow, Prenzlauer Berg or Schöneberg are located in charming old building districts with impressive architecture and lively neighbourhoods.
