Villa 12 in Las Atalayas de Abama is the last available villa in this exclusive residential development within the prestigious Abama Resort. Las Atalayas comprises just 13 villas in total, developed in two construction phases. The second and final phase was completed in summer 2026.

Registration as a primary residence is also possible, subject to the relevant administrative requirements. However, inclusion in Abama’s tourist rental programme is not предусмотрено.
