Semi-detached near the sea in a natural setting

Beautiful house to switch off, enjoy the beach, and the peace and quiet of its surroundings. It has undergone a modern renovation and is located in a privileged natural setting for its tranquility, with a garden and swimming pool, away from mass tourism. A lovely garden welcomes us, where we find a large table for family dinners in privacy, since this area is not visible from the street and is sheltered on windy days. The layout of the house is completely practical because there are no hallways. We enter a large, cozy living-dining room with two distinct areas: the living area with a wood-burning fireplace and sofas, and the dining area with a beautiful open-plan kitchen with direct access to the rear garden. From the living room we access two bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom; both have walk-in showers. The faucets and shower screens have been chosen in black to break up the sobriety of white. The flooring is synthetic parquet, the appliances are integrated into the kitchen, and there are fans in all rooms. The house has been decorated with very good taste, with all finishes in white. The living-dining room has direct access through two large double glass doors: one facing south, where we have a built-in white Ibiza-style sofa in front of the pool, and the other facing north. These two large openings to the outside bring great brightness to the entire living room. You can enjoy open sea views, just a five-minute walk away.
