Description

Originally built in 1968, the property is situated on approximately 891 m² of freehold land, just a short distance from the Baltic Sea beach. The building was completely renovated in 2005 and extended with an addition. The gas condensing boiler was only replaced in 2015. Fibre-optic broadband is already connected to the house.

The lovingly landscaped plot offers plenty of scope for leisure activities. The fine Baltic beach can be reached in just six minutes on foot. A historically established “shortcut” provides a quicker route to the sea.

The approximately 97 m² building is entered via the spacious terrace. From there, you reach the cosy living area, which offers plenty of space for relaxation. On the same level is the newly built extension with a fitted kitchen, a large dining table and a comfortable sofa, as well as a small shower room and a further daylight bathroom with a shower, bidet and washing-machine connections. The numerous, generously sized windows fill the rooms with natural daylight.

A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, which offers two rooms suitable for sleeping and a well-designed storage area.

The property impresses with its peaceful location, while the open views immerse you in greenery. Immediate relaxation is guaranteed. The attractive garden has its own well for irrigation.

The former garage beneath the building is currently used for tools and gardening equipment. The spacious driveway provides sufficient parking space for cars. A carport with an adjoining storage shed is also available.

Another highlight of the property is a separate garden house. It can be used for storage or accommodate the occasional guest. It contains a small kitchenette, sleeping facilities and washing facilities—a great source of fun for the whole family.

Let yourself be enchanted by this location. According to the inventory list, the furnishings are included in the purchase price. Having been used as a second home in recent years, the property could also be rented as holiday accommodation—or become your very own Baltic Sea retreat. Take this opportunity to make your dream of a coastal getaway come true.

Location: Neuhaus, Dierhagen

The Baltic Sea resort of Dierhagen, also described as the gateway to Fischland-Darß, is one of the region’s most popular seaside resorts. Shops, a daycare centre and a primary school are located in Dierhagen-Dorf. The contorted pine trees and high dunes are as impressive as the extensive woodland areas with their breathtaking flora and fauna. Southwest of Dierhagen lie the two nature reserves of Dierhäger Moor and Großes Moor.

The Baltic Sea resort of Dierhagen offers many attractions, including the harbours in Dierhagen-Dorf and Dändorf (situated on the old salt road), the 19th-century brick church, the old boatmen’s houses and farmsteads, the lovingly designed spa gardens, landscaped down to the smallest detail, and the seemingly endless fine sandy beach. The numerous museums and galleries, as well as the many concerts, readings and summer festivals in the surrounding villages, are also popular attractions. Cultural highlights include the Zeesen boat regatta and the Children’s Pirate Festival in the second half of July, the floodlit barrel-climbing event in August, and the Baltic Sea relay marathon at the beginning of October. The seaside resorts on Fischland-Darß-Zingst can be reached within a few minutes by car.

Dierhagen offers infrastructure tailored to a rural tourist destination. Here you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, doctors and further shopping opportunities. Dierhagen has a well-developed transport network; buses and cars provide access to the surrounding towns, and in good weather you can use the well-maintained cycle paths to explore the region or reach Ribnitz-Damgarten.

Highlights of the region include the Hanse Sail in Rostock (in August), the Amber Museum in Ribnitz-Damgarten, the Ocean Museum and Ozeaneum in Stralsund, Rostock Zoo, the water-skiing facility in Körkwitz or Rostock, Marlow Bird Park and the riding stables in Klockenhagen.

Further distances: Rostock city centre / Dierhagen via the B 105: approx. 35 minutes; Stralsund city centre / Dierhagen via the B 105: approx. 50 minutes; Hamburg city centre / Dierhagen via the A 1/A 20: approx. 2 hours 15 minutes; Berlin city centre / Dierhagen via the A 10, A 24 and A 19: approx. 2 hours 40 minutes.
