The forecourt of the garage wing as well as the path to the main entrance were laid with high-quality clinker bricks. From here you enter the representative entrance hall, from which you can access the various living areas. There is also the option of reaching the kitchen directly from the garage building via a covered walkway across the large terrace. On this level, in addition to the large eat-in kitchen with separate pantry and storage room, there is the adjoining dining room with a tiled stove. A double-leaf door connects the dining room with the living room featuring a fireplace and an adjoining, wind-sheltered, generous south-west terrace overlooking the beautiful, well-maintained garden.
The west wing on the ground floor is divided into a cloakroom, guest WC, the utility room with its own terrace, and the library, also with access to the south-west terrace. Nearly all rooms on the upper floor have floor-to-ceiling double French doors to the covered south-west balcony. On the ground floor, high-quality terracotta flooring and plank parquet were laid. The bedrooms have carpet. In addition, the house can be extended further. In the attic there is still over approx. 100 m² of potential for conversion. The outdoor area is extensively paved with clinker bricks (paths and terraces).
