The farm shop’s organic selection is high-quality and carefully curated, with many products made in-house or Demeter-certified. Steinbecker Farm Shop, Rendswühren – Homemade & Deeply Rooted in the Region

Since 2005, the Steinbecker Hofladen has stood for rural quality and warm hospitality. The meat comes from their own cattle and pigs – slaughtered and processed right on the farm. At the deli counter, you’ll find classics like liver sausage, smoked ham, and traditional farmer’s sausage with mustard seeds or garlic. The offering is rounded out with carefully selected products from local producers, including cheese, sea buckthorn specialties, and organic dairy products.

In the cozy farm café, the farmer’s wife bakes daily – from poppy-marzipan cake and buckwheat cake to the beloved “Himmelstorte” with seasonal fruit filling.
