Consumer information on alternative dispute resolution

Within the meaning of Section 34c (1) sentence 1 numbers 1, 2, 3a and 3b GewO, the Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHKs) are the competent licensing and supervisory authorities in accordance with Section 34c (1) sentence 1 number 1 GewO. The IHK for Munich and Upper Bavaria assumes this task as the central office for all Bavarian IHKs with the exception of the IHK Aschaffenburg (city and district of Aschaffenburg and district of Miltenberg).
