We arrive by vaporetto from the Centro Storico, we get off in piazzale S.Maria Elisabetta and decide to take a walk along the Gran Viale to reach our flat, we take a side street and after only 5 minutes on foot we find ourselves in front of the front door of our apartment building. The building has a lift, a very convenient option for reaching our unit on the second floor. Upon entering we immediately notice the excellent distribution that consists of: a single bedroom, a double bedroom very large and bright, another room of the same size of a single bedroom and a beautiful and spacious living room / kitchen in open space with French window that allows us to use in a functional way the terrace that extends throughout the south side of the flat, this is an important detail because it allows light to fill the living area throughout the day. The central location allows you to have everything you need within walking distance (beaches, shops, restaurants) and being close to the vaporettos to the historic centre is definitely a plus. Despite its central location, the flat offers an oasis of tranquillity and privacy, perfect for retreating after a day spent at the beach or in the hustle and bustle of the historic centre. In conclusion, I think this is the perfect solution both as a first home and as a holiday home, taking advantage of all the amenities available nearby.


Lido: Location and surroundings of this property

The Lido of Venice is the favourite seaside resort for both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches. The liberty style still characterises the entire island, accompanied by the 'belle epoque' atmosphere that reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes by various public water transport lines and the entire island can be travelled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.

Commission Details

The appointment for the sale with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions.
