The architecture by Grüntuch Ernst skilfully plays with proportions, light and clarity. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the private neighbourhood garden, while the loggia captures plenty of fresh air: a place of tranquillity in the heart of the capital's bustling centre. Inside, a language of reduction reigns supreme. Every line, every surface is well thought out, nothing is superfluous. Instead of excess, there is elegant restraint that leaves room for personality. It is the kind of apartment that you don't furnish, but curate.

LIVING AM TACHELES
AM TACHELES in Berlin-Mitte – a unique urban quarter in the heart of the capital - developed according to a holistic design concept by the Swiss Createurs Herzog & de Meuron. The SUITES AM TACHELES is located southeast in the calm part of the quarter, between two green courtyards and on quiet Johannisstrasse.
High culture, the social scene, politics, science and shopping and working are within reach. Even the largest photography museum in the world "Fotografiska" has now moved into the former Kunsthaus and complements the already surrounding gallery culture. All the contradictory aspects of this city of creative people, entrepreneurs and bohemians are concentrated at this centre.
