This property is located in the well-known seaside village of Ribadesella, one of the most visited destinations in the eastern part of Asturias. Ribadesella surprises us for many reasons: it has prehistoric caves, Jurassic footprints, a maritime atmosphere, Indian architecture, and welcomes us in a friendly way, with its ideal villages for walking, its streets where art lovers, social gatherings, gastronomy, and nature enthusiasts enjoy its landscapes. Ribadesella has a cozy old town, its picturesque pier and crane promenades, and its emblematic Hermitage of Guía. We cannot miss visiting its beaches: Vega, Guadamía, Arra, and L'Atalaya, and its impressive cliffs, crossing the bridge over the Sella River, strolling along the endless sandy stretch of Santa Marina beach, enjoying the Indian mansions overlooking the sea, losing ourselves in its paths and coastal trails, and discovering its countless small villages. This village has a weekly market, on Wednesdays, to enjoy local products, as well as services such as pharmacies, a health center, and a wide variety of shops and businesses. Ribadesella is very well connected, only 35 minutes from Gijón, 50 from Oviedo, and 60 from Santander. If the option is to arrive by plane, both Santander and Asturias airports are approximately 1 hour away via highway.
