Garden of Nations
Located in the Ronda Cesar Canovas Girada, the Garden of the Nations is a beautiful public park with a lake where ducks and geese swim freely. The park is a perfect space to take a stroll, ride a bike or enjoy a picnic with the family. It is ideal for those looking for a quiet place to relax.

Salt Lagoons
Torrevieja is famous for its impressive salt lagoons, which have played a fundamental role in the history of the city, especially in the salt industry. Here are the most outstanding lagoons:
Laguna de Torrevieja (Laguna Rosa de Torrevieja)
The Pink Lagoon is one of the main natural attractions of the city. This salt lake stands out for its peculiar pink colour, which is due to the micro-organisms that live in its waters. The air surrounding the lagoon is said to be very healthy due to the high concentration of salt. The surroundings of the lagoon are perfect for taking pictures and enjoying nature.

La Mata Lagoon
La Mata Lagoon is another of the salt lakes near Torrevieja. Surrounded by the Natural Park of Torrevieja and La Mata, this lagoon has more greenish waters and is home to a variety of flora and fauna. Visitors can walk along the nature trails that border the lagoon and observe the rich biodiversity.

Water Parks

Aquopolis Torrevieja
The Aquopolis Torrevieja is the largest water park in the city, offering a wide variety of slides, pools and water activities for all ages. It is the ideal place to enjoy a day out with family or friends in the sun.

Discover the rich and colourful history of Torrevieja.
S-61 Dolphin Submarine Floating Museum
The S-61 Delfin is a submarine of the Daphne given by the Spanish Army to the Torrevieja Council as a symbol of peace, culture and community togetherness. Symbolising Torrevieja's marine connections with the Spanish Army, it has become the first floating museum in Spain. It offers visitors a unique experience inside a submarine vessel and the opportunity to discover how the crew lived. (Included in the price you can also visit the floating museum Patrol boat Albatros III).

Sea and Salt Museum
Making the most of Torrevieja's history, the Sea and Salt Museum allows visitors to learn about the roots of the town's mining and fishing activity. It has a large exhibition of crafts made of salt, a collection of photographs of the past, model boats, old fishing and sailing articles, as well as a large diorama of the Torrevieja sailing ship "Pascual Flores" the last of the old Torrevieja coastal fleet.

Torrevieja Natural History Museum
A really fun and interesting adventure for children and, no doubt, for the rest of the family. Exhibits include fishing and boating, flora and fauna, whale skeletons and reproductions of dolphins, turtles, local birds, marine molluscs, corals, as well as scale models of Torrevieja's ancient marine area.

The Print Shop in Torrevieja

La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre
Located in Orihuela Costa, just a few minutes drive from Torrevieja, it is the largest shopping centre in the whole province of Alicante. La Mata Beach
