Going up to the first floor by lift, we finally enter our flat: we visit the kitchen, then the living room with exit to the large terrace overlooking the sea, where we linger enchanted for a few moments, cheered by the sun and a gentle breeze. Continuing our visit, we find a guest room, a master bedroom, and a bathroom recently restored in modern style.
