The house is located in the popular district of Kirchtrudering, southeast of the city center, near the connecting road to the district of Riem, in a quiet side street. The city district covers the eastern part of Munich. To the west it borders Berg am Laim and Bogenhausen, to the south Ramersdorf-Perlach, to the north Johanneskirchen, and to the east several independent municipalities of the Munich District. All shopping facilities for daily needs, as well as banks, doctors, and pharmacies, are within walking distance. Riem Park with its sunny swimming lake invites you to relax. Kindergartens, elementary schools, sports and many leisure-time options, as well as various green spaces, are available in the immediate vicinity. Moosfeld underground station (U2) can be conveniently reached on foot in 10 minutes; Trudering U-/S-Bahn station can be reached in 20 minutes on foot / 7 minutes by bicycle. Secondary schools are also easy to reach. Travel time to Munich’s city center is about 20 minutes by underground. The district is connected via Wasserburger Landstraße and Kreillerstraße to the Mittlerer Ring and the A99. The A94 has three interchanges within the district. Numerous main roads provide access to the neighborhoods and lead to the adjacent Munich city districts and municipalities in the Munich District. Via the A94 you reach the Munich motorway ring and can also get quickly to the airport.
