Location Description

Thermi is located in the southeastern part of Thessaloniki, about 15 kilometers from the city center.  

Unique Features: Thermi is now one of the most affluent suburbs of Thessaloniki and has developed significantly in recent years. The area includes many newly built properties as well as maisonette complexes. In the wider area, residents can find nearby the “Mediterranean Cosmos Mall,” one of the city’s largest shopping centers, offering a wide range of options to visitors. Also, several private schools are located in the area, such as the Vasileiadis Educational Institutions. 

In Thermi there is the dam, which offers residents a breath of greenery and highlights the area, as it features a rich natural environment and is ideal for short getaways outside the city. Another historic landmark of the area is the Thermi Baths, which may be upgraded in the coming years through a project aimed at their development.

Accessibility: Near Thermi run National Road 16 and Motorway 24, which connect Thermi with the rest of Thessaloniki. OASTH serves the area with two bus lines.
