In my role as Office Manager at Engel & Völkers, I am responsible for the efficient organisation and administration of the office. My main tasks include coordinating administrative processes to ensure smooth operations.
I organise the day-to-day running of the office, manage appointments and prepare meetings. I also support the team with various administrative tasks, including creating documents and preparing marketing materials.
An important part of my job is liaising with our customers. I am the first point of contact for enquiries and make sure that every visitor feels warmly welcomed. I also manage our databases, update customer data and keep property information up to date.
This position requires teamwork, organisational skills and a service-oriented attitude. At Engel & Völkers, I find a dynamic working environment in which I can develop my skills and actively contribute to the success of the company.
