Other key players are floor-to-ceiling windows and loggias, exposed concrete ceilings and real wood parquet flooring, fitted kitchens with Miele appliances and ceiling-high pocket sliding doors - hand-picked materials and fittings also curated by Grüntuch Ernst Architekten.
