Originally a Moorish water mill, possibly the most outstanding feature is the impressive aqueduct that is integrated into the house. The property is in the area of Vall de March within the limits of Tramuntana Mountain territory, awarded World Heritage status by UNESCO in 2011 as an area of great physical and cultural significance. This watermill is one of the last still standing on the island; the oldest parts of the house are more than 1000 years old and have been lovingly extended over the past decades.

The main house comprises approx. 320 m2 living space and the guest house approx. 130 m2 - both are equipped with central heating; in addition, there are cosy fireplaces, a double garage, outdoor parking area and several utility rooms are also part of the ensemble.

For cooling on hot days there are small natural pools at the wild end of the property, which fill during the rainy season and a there is a wonderful, heated pool meaning many months of use.

In addition, the property has water from its own well and a spring. Two large deposits provide a reliable water supply.

The property is in excellent condition and is a uniquely beautiful holiday home for every season, in the winter months ultra-cosy and in the summer months a cool retreat inside and paradise outdoors.
