The villa is located in Drautto, in one of the quietest and most scenic spots of Panarea, with an open view overlooking the blue Aeolian sea and the islands of Lipari and Salina. The villa is divided into two separate and independent floors, each with large terraces. The entrance is at garden level, extending over more than 300 square meters and planted with local essences. The villa can be reached from Panarea's main road, which leads from the centre of the village to the beaches of Zimmari and Cala Junco, just a few hundred metres away. Aeolian Islands: Location and surroundings of this property
The villa is located in the hamlet of Drautt, the most popular area of Panarea, one of the seven islands of the Aeolian archipelago and at 3.5 km is the smallest island of the Aeolian Islands. It lies northeast of Salina and Lipari and is 30 km from Stromboli. The tourist port of Milazzo is 65 km away. Panarea belongs to the municipality of Lipari in the province of Messina. San Pietro, Drautt and Ditella are the island's three hamlets. The center with boutiques, bars and restaurants is in San Pietro where the boat jetty is located. Just beyond the center of the hamlet of Drautt is 'la Cala Zimmari', one of Panarea 's famous beaches. From here, a path leads to Punta Milazzese, where there are the remains of a prehistoric village. There is also an ancient path leading to Cala Junco, known as the most beautiful cove in the archipelago. It is a natural amphitheater composed of rocks surrounding an impressive natural pool. The islets of Basiluzzo, Spinazzola, Lisca Bianca, Dattilo, Bottaro, Lisca Nera, Panarelli and Formiche are located off the coast of Panarea and create, together with the active volcano of Stromboli, a wonderful atmosphere. The island has a helicopter landing pad and can be reached by ferry, speedboat or your own yacht.

Commission Details
The brokerage fee (commission) is paid by the buyer in the amount of 4.00% + VAT of the purchase price of the property.
