The Villa 'Cala Zimmari' is a jewel overlooking the only sandy beach in Panarea where you can admire the blue sea while reading a book in front of a lit fireplace. The villa extends over three floors. On the ground floor there is a large dining-living area with an island kitchen and fireplace. From here there is access to the terrace that allows outdoor dining in the warm months, with the feeling of floating on the sea. From the ground floor, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two suites with access to the extra-large relaxation terrace overlooking the sea. There is also a bathroom and a small anteroom. On the lower floor, which can be reached both from the house and from outside via a small, quiet street, are three more spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and the cistern. The villa is distinguished by its quiet location and its proximity to the helicopter landing strip, which offers special comfort on arrival and an unobstructed view of the magnificent Cala Junco and the sea. You can imagine a spacious living style, a small B&B for singles or a holiday home for friends or families. This villa, built in the classic Aeolian architectural style, can fulfill many dreams.
The Villa 'Cala Zimmari' is located in the hamlet of Drautt, the most popular area of Panarea, near the restaurant 'La Sirena' and the famous beach 'Cala degli Zimmari'. In addition, one of the two helicopter landing pads on the island is located right next to the villa. Panarea is one of the seven islands of the Aeolian archipelago and at 3.5 km is the smallest island of the Aeolian Islands. It lies northeast of Salina and Lipari and is 30 km from Stromboli. The tourist port of Milazzo is 65 km away. Panarea belongs to the municipality of Lipari in the province of Messina. San Pietro, Drautt and Ditella are the island's three hamlets. The center with boutiques, bars and restaurants is in San Pietro where the boat jetty is located. Just beyond the center of the hamlet of Drautt is 'la Cala Zimmari', one of Panarea 's famous beaches. From here, a path leads to Punta Milazzese, where there are the remains of a prehistoric village. There is also an ancient path leading to Cala Junco, known as the most beautiful cove in the archipelago. It is a natural amphitheater composed of rocks surrounding an impressive natural pool. The islets of Basiluzzo, Spinazzola, Lisca Bianca, Dattilo, Bottaro, Lisca Nera, Panarelli and Formiche are located off the coast of Panarea and create, together with the active volcano of Stromboli, a wonderful atmosphere. The island has a helicopter landing pad and can be reached by ferry, speedboat or your own yacht
