Typical Ragusan Masseria

The property is a farmhouse in the beautiful countryside of Ragusa. It has a traditional diagram with a closed court. The buildings of about 800 square metres, therefoe, develop around the beam,where there are the owner house and the agricultural annexes, the house of ricotta and cheese, the stables and the barns. Some rooms have such a height that they can get a second level. Not in use for a long time, it is still a beautiful a stone structure to be reused for different uses, residential and receptive. The property includes 15 hectares of land scattered with carob trees and surrounded by dry stone walls.
