From the internal hallway starts the staircase leading to the upper floor where there are three more double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a second living room connected to the upper entrance. Below the garden, accessible via a beautiful staircase, is the 6x12 swimming pool with Roman staircase, whose privacy is guaranteed by various ornamental plants. The pool area is completed by a convenient annexe with bathroom and shed.
