The floors are made of Fantini Venetian seminato, marble tiles from an old spinning mill and synthetic resin, which combine retro pieces with modern elements to create a unique and personal style. The porch overlooks a private and exclusive garden, which boasts a rose garden, a hundred-year-old elm tree and a hornbeam grove, perfect spaces for relaxing in the open air. Visiting the residence, one realises how the renovation has been carried out with great care in terms of quality and aesthetics. In addition to its elegance and privacy, this property stands out for its strategic location, allowing easy access to Milan, Lecco, Bergamo and Lake Como. The railway station, just a few minutes' walk away, is a further added value, offering the convenience of quick access to Lombardy's airports.
