Description
This beautifully constructed two-story stone finca showcases high-quality and a thoughtful blend of comfort, elegance, and self-sufficiency. The spacious layout layout features four bright double bedrooms and one room currently used as an office. The basement offers a small workshop, perfect for DIY projects or hobbies. The home is part self-sufficient, equipped with a private well that supplies water to both the house and the large swimming pool. A modern solar energy system with battery storage provides electricity and hot water, while a diesel-powered underfloor heating system, complemented by two wood-burning stoves, ensures warmth and comfort during the winter months.
The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, designed for both relaxation and entertaining. A covered terrace leads to a spacious wooden deck with a cozy seating area, and by the pool, there's a separate lounge area complete with its own bathroom. The entrance is particularly charming, with cypress trees, an ancient olive tree, and vivid bougainvillea climbing along the hand-laid stone façade, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Set on three adjoining plots totaling 15,571 square meters, the estate offers a rare sense of privacy and immersion in nature. Located just a 10-minute walk from the picturesque village center of Algaida, the property boasts panoramic views of the valley and the Tramuntana mountains. The rear of the house, overlooking this breathtaking landscape, becomes especially enchanting at sunset. Despite its peaceful rural setting, the home remains conveniently close to town amenities. A local bakery is only a four-minute bike ride away, and the surrounding area is ideal for cycling and horseback riding. With ample space to keep horses on the property, this is a dream home for nature lovers and equestrians alike, a tranquil yet connected retreat in the heart of Mallorca.

Localisation : Algaida, Îles Baléares
The small village of Algaida is nestled in the lowlands between Palma and Manacor. The old windmills that dot the village and its surroundings dominate the landscape, and are the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the name of the village. Off the beaten tourist track, Algaida receives only a small number of tourists all year round compared to the huge tourist centres of the island. It is one of the best places on the island to soak up authentic Mallorcan culture, especially if you are looking for quality local gastronomy. Algaida is made up of three urban centres: Algaida, with around 4,500 inhabitants, Pina, with around 500 inhabitants, and Randa, with just over 100 inhabitants. The highlight of the village is the Puig de Randa, a hill of 543 metres high and on its summit is the Santuario de Cura, a natural and cultural space that is part of the island's heritage, known as the famous philosopher Ramon Llull spent time in its sanctuary. It has several supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, a pharmacy, and a sports centre. The beautiful village decorated with sand-coloured Mediterranean style houses is only 15 minutes away from the nearest beaches and the airport, and 20 minutes away from the centre of Palma.
