Tourist-accommodation development

In a total area of approximately 80.000 sqm, consisting of two adjacent plots of land, there is the possibility of creating a tourist-accommodation complex with approximately 90 rooms. On the first plot of approximately 50.000 sqm, with a land area of approximately 35.000 sqm, the project for the construction of a multi-level accommodation structure has been approved. By transferring approximately 20.000 sqm to the municipality, it is possible to build a four-level property on a usable area of approximately 8.000 sqm, including three above-ground levels, with approximately 5.500 sqm of covered space. Within this structure, the plan includes the construction of 61 rooms, along with a lobby, a restaurant, a bar, an office, common areas, and a storage room. Additionally, the project involves the creation of approximately 1.800 sqm of parking space. On the second plot of approximately 30.000 sqm, there is a real estate complex consisting of a vintage villa with more than ten rooms, along with adjacent instrumental properties totaling approximately 1.580 sqm. These can be adapted for tourist-accommodation use to expand the spaces and rooms of the primary structure.
