As a Customer Relationship Manager, I am responsible for acquiring new clients and serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries. I guide prospects from the initial contact onwards, ensuring professional, service-oriented, and reliable support.

My responsibilities include managing the store phone and personally welcoming clients in the shop. I systematically record requests, answer initial questions about our services, and coordinate targeted referrals to the appropriate contacts. Through my strong communication skills and pronounced customer orientation, I significantly contribute to creating a positive first impression and maintaining our high standards of service and quality.
