Niklas Bauer

My journey at Engel & Völkers in Ulm began with an eight-month internship, where I gained valuable insights into the real estate industry and acquired my first practical experience. Following this, I completed my apprenticeship at Engel & Völkers, further expanding my expertise while actively supporting our advisors in serving clients and marketing and brokering residential and commercial properties.

After successfully completing my apprenticeship, I now work as a Real Estate Advisor at Engel & Völkers in Ulm. In this role, I guide my clients through the entire process of buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties—from the initial consultation and tailored marketing strategy to the successful completion of the transaction. Providing personal service, transparent communication, and customized solutions is at the core of my work.

With my experience, passion for real estate, and strong knowledge of the local market, I am committed to achieving the best possible results for my clients while building long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, and outstanding service.
