Commercial properties in Königswinter

The city of Königswinter is located in the Rhein-Sieg district, has around 40,000 inhabitants, and borders the cities of Bonn, St. Augustin, Hennef, and Bad Honnef. It lies at the foot of the Siebengebirge mountain range, with the Petersberg—known as the federal guest house—which has hosted many national and international guests and conferences.

Königswinter is well connected to the road network via the B 42, which links to the A 59 toward Bonn, Siegburg, and Cologne. On the other side of the Petersberg lies the A 3 with the Siebengebirge junction, which can be reached via state roads 268 and 331. Königswinter is located along the right bank of the Rhine railway route and has two train stations within the city: one on the edge of Königswinter’s old town, and another in Niederdollendorf. Both are served every half hour by the regional lines RE 8 and RB 27 toward Cologne and Koblenz. Tram line 66 provides access to Bonn, Beuel, Siegburg, and Bad Honnef. The hillside areas are served by bus lines 520 and 521.
