Bonn-Beuel-Mitte
Beuel is a municipal district of the federal city of Bonn that includes all districts on the right bank of the Rhine. To the north, it borders Niederkassel and Troisdorf; to the east, St. Augustin; and to the south, Königswinter. It is one of the urban areas with the greatest development potential. Beuel-Mitte is a district within the borough of Bonn-Beuel and is located between the Rhine to the west, the railway line to the east, St. Augustiner Straße to the north, and Goetheallee to the south. Beuel is connected to the right-bank Rhine railway via Bonn-Beuel station, and tram lines 62 and 66, as well as several bus lines, also serve the area. Beuel additionally offers access to the A 565, A 59, A 562, and the B 56. From the “Obere Wilhelmstraße” shopping center along Friedrich-Breuer-Straße to the shopping center at the Beueler Brückenforum, as well as in the early section of Hermannstraße, one shop lines up after another.
Beuel-Ost
Beuel-Ost is a centrally located district within the Beuel borough. The southern part is shaped by the Beuel industrial area, which has been growing in popularity due to the newly built Sirius Park. Many automotive and industrial businesses have established themselves here. The former jute spinning mill now serves as a cultural attraction for amateur and emerging actors. Additionally, the nearby Beuel theater hall, which is part of the Bonn Opera, is located in close proximity. Public transport connections are excellent, and together with access by car via the A 565 and A 59, they ensure very good and efficient accessibility to the area.
Geislar
Geislar is a district in the Beuel borough and is bordered by the river Sieg, the Rhein-Sieg district, Vilich-Müldorf, and Schwarz/Vilich-Rheindorf. It is adjacent to the Sieg meadows and just a few hundred meters from Lede Castle. Due to its quiet location and proximity to the A 565, which connects to the A 59 toward Cologne, Geislar is a popular district that is currently characterized by new construction projects.
Hoholz
Hoholz is located on a hill in the Ennert area and borders mostly the Birlinghovener Forest in the Rhein-Sieg district, as well as the Bonn districts of Holzlar and Holtorf. This district has a rural character and offers a peaceful residential environment, mainly with single- and two-family homes. The B 56 provides access to Bonn or Siegburg, while public transport connections are limited to bus line 608.
Holtorf
Holtorf is situated on a hill in the Ennert area and borders Vinxel in the Rhein-Sieg district, as well as several other Bonn districts. The district has a very rural character, and its quiet surroundings make it a highly desirable residential area, especially for families with single- and two-family homes. The B 56 provides access to Bonn or Siegburg, and the area is also served by bus lines 636 and 537.
Holzlar
Holzlar is located on a hill in the Ennert area and borders mostly the Rhein-Sieg district, as well as the Bonn districts of Pützchen/Bechlinghoven, Hoholz, and Holtorf. The district has a rural character, and its quiet surroundings make it a highly desirable residential area, especially for families with single- and two-family homes. The B 56 provides access to Bonn or Siegburg. In addition, Holzlar is served by bus lines 608 and 609 from Beuel-Ost and by line 635 from Vilich-Müldorf to Ramersdorf.
Küdinghoven
Küdinghoven is a district of the Beuel borough, surrounded by Beuel-Ost, Limperich, Ramersdorf, Holtorf, and Pützchen-Bechlinghoven, and is located at the foot of the Ennert hills. The district is mainly characterized by smaller multi-family and terraced houses. It has good public transport connections via tram line 62, and there is also convenient access to the A 565, A 59, A 562, and B 56.
Limperich
Limperich is a district of the Beuel borough, surrounded by Beuel-Mitte, Küdinghoven, Ramersdorf, Oberkassel, and the Rhine. Until the 1970s and 1980s, much of the area was used as farmland. Today, the district is mainly characterized by smaller multi-family and terraced houses. Only along Limpericher Straße is there a larger residential complex, known as the “Derr Project.” The Beuel Rheinaue runs along the Rhine, offering high recreational and leisure value. Limperich has good public transport connections via tram lines 62 and 65 and bus lines 606 and 607, as well as easy access to the A 565, A 59, A 562, and B 56.
Oberkassel
Oberkassel is a district of the Beuel borough, located on the right bank of the Rhine at the southernmost edge before the Rhein-Sieg district, directly at the foot of the Siebengebirge. It is bordered by the districts of Ramersdorf and Holtorf, as well as the Rhine. At the edge of Oberkassel, the new police headquarters and several office buildings have been constructed. The Rhine promenade is very popular and features, in addition to the “Rohmühle” and the newly built 5-star hotel “Khamea Grand,” a seasonal beach bar. Oberkassel has a primary school and a secondary school (Gymnasium), as well as all daily amenities. Tram lines 62 and 66 connect Oberkassel with the Bonn and Beuel centers. The area also has good access to the A 59 toward Cologne, the B 42 toward Bad Honnef, and the A 562 toward Bonn.
Pützchen / Bechlinghoven
Pützchen and Bechlinghoven are districts of the Beuel borough, located at the foot of the Ennert hills. Thanks to their proximity to the Siebengebirge Nature Park and the Ennertbad—with its integrated beach bar—they offer excellent recreational opportunities. The two districts are also widely known for the five-day fair in September, the “Pützchens Markt.” The area is mainly characterized by single- and two-family homes. Several primary and secondary schools are also located here. Both districts have good public transport connections and easy access to the A 59 toward Cologne and the B 42 toward Bad Honnef.
Ramersdorf
Ramersdorf is a district of the Beuel borough, surrounded by Limperich, Küdinghoven, Holtorf, Oberkassel, and the Rhine, and lies at the foot of the Ennert hills. The district is mainly characterized by smaller multi-family and terraced houses. Very popular is the Kommende in Ramersdorf, which operates as a hotel and also has a wedding room for civil ceremonies. In addition, T-Mobile has its central office here. Ramersdorf has good public transport connections via tram lines 62 and 66, as well as several bus lines. There is also easy access to the A 565, A 59, A 562, and B 56.

Schwarzrheindorf / Vilich-Rheindorf is a district of the Beuel borough, bordering Vilich, Beuel-Mitte—directly adjacent to the popular Combahnviertel—and Geislar, with the inviting Sieg meadows for recreation. One of Bonn’s most significant cultural landmarks, the Schwarzrheindorf double church, is located here. The district is connected to Bonn and Siegburg via bus lines 550 and 640. Vilich
The Beuel borough encompasses all right-bank districts of Bonn and has the greatest development potential. Beuel-Vilich is situated between Schwarzrheindorf in the west, Geislar and Vilich-Müldorf in the north, Pützchen in the east, and Beuel-Ost and Beuel-Mitte in the south. The district is divided into Vilich and Neu-Vilich. Neu-Vilich is a relatively new residential area, mainly consisting of single- and two-family homes, and is particularly popular with young families due to the large meadows and park areas between the houses. Beuel is well connected via the railway, tram network, and motorways A 565, A 59, and A 562. All daily amenities are available locally, and the nearby district of Beuel-Mitte offers additional shopping options, from Obere Wilhelmstraße and Friedrich-Breuer-Straße to the Beueler Brückenforum shopping center.
Vilich-Müldorf
Vilich-Müldorf is a district of the Beuel borough, bordering Pützchen-Bechlinghoven, Vilich, Geislar, and the Rhein-Sieg district to the east. The town center retains a very village-like character and is approximately 3 km from Beuel city center. The residential area is primarily composed of single- and two-family houses, making it a popular suburban district of Bonn. Tram line 66 and bus line 635 provide good public transport connections to Bonn, Siegburg, and Ramersdorf. In addition, the B 56 and A 59 motorways are easily accessible.
