Set amidst lush Mediterranean vegetation, the villa sits majestically on a hill above the village of Viškovic´i, affording views of the surrounding residential area. Behind the property there is woodland that is occasionally visited by wildlife including deer and hares. Spanning a generous 2,956 square metres, the plot offers ample space for privacy.
