1. Legal Information on Profile & Legal Pages

New legally required information (currently only applicable for ES) is now displayed across multiple pages, including:

• Shop Profile pages

• Shop Team pages

• Agent pages

• Shop & LiPa Imprint & Privacy Policy pages

• Shop & LiPa Valuation pages

What’s new

Two types of information can now appear in the contact section:

1. Reporting Channel

A link that allows users to report issues anonymously.

• Label is automatically localized (e.g. “Reporting channel”)

• Opens in a new tab

• Only shown if maintained in the shop settings

2. Shop License Information

Displays official shop license details:

• License label (e.g. authority name)

• License number

Only shown if both values are provided.

Why this matters

• Ensures compliance with legal requirements across markets

• Increases transparency and trust for website visitors

• No editorial effort required — content is pulled automatically from shop settings

Editor guidance

A separate information will be sent to the shops in Spain.

• Shop Manager maintain data in shop settings (if legally required in your market)

• If no data is provided, nothing will be shown (no empty fields)

• Applies consistently across shop, agent, and partner (LiPa) pages

2. Valuation Page Now Available in Austria

The Valuation Property Page is now available for the Austrian market.

• Austria is now enabled for:

  • Shop Profile valuation pages (see example)

  • Partner (LiPa) valuation pages (see example)

  • Valuation Tool Teaser in Category Preview component on Shop Profile Page

• Available for both:

  • Residential properties

  • Commercial properties (see example)

Why this matters

• Enables lead generation via property valuation for Shops and LiPas in Austria

• Supports both private and commercial property owners

Editor guidance

• The valuation page and teaser appear automatically for the shops in Austria

• Can be used in marketing and campaigns for the AT market
