This marvelous historic building is listed in the Catalog of Protected Buildings of the PGOU of Málaga, with an Architectural-I protection grade. It was completed in 1948 by architect D. Antonio Rubio Torres. It features elements of interest on its facade, and the internal structure and organization of the building stand out for their uniqueness. The ground floor is organized with a system of porticos with semicircular arches and open spaces. Meanwhile, the apartments on the upper floors are distributed from the central volume that contains the stairs providing access to the different floors that make them up.
