Cozy apartment with garden in St. Anton Ski-In/Ski-Out

In what is probably the most sought-after location in St. Anton am Arlberg, right next to the golf course and the legendary Nassereinbahn, we are delighted to be able to offer you an approx. 61 sqm apartment with 92.5 sqm of private garden and right next to the ski slope. Take your skis and get into the gondola right outside your front door! A small path that only leads to this property takes you to this apartment building below the golf course of the St. Anton Golf Club, in an absolutely panoramic and quiet location and yet centrally located. This apartment, which we are pleased to present to you here for purchase, also has its own cellar compartment and its own underground parking space. This garden apartment is mainly facing west, and the garden already has southern sun. In the entrance you are greeted by high-quality, homely-looking wooden interior in old wood, which is consistently continued throughout the entire spacious apartment. Nevertheless, the apartment exudes modern freshness. The entrance area, which cleverly integrates access to a separate guest toilet, leads straight into the very pretty and extraordinarily cozy bedroom, which is also designed in old wood with LED technology and offers direct access to the garden. Right next to it is a bathroom with shower. The hallway then leads to the large living area with access to your own almost 93 sqm garden via a covered terrace. The pretty living room with built-in cupboards in old wood and a view of the golf course and the gliding gondolas of the Nassereinbahn, flows seamlessly into the bright kitchen with bay window and very cozy corner bench and invites you to cook and eat with a mountain view to the west. It is a rarity to buy an apartment with your own garden in this location, we look forward to introducing you to this special feature in person, please feel free to contact us!
