In Oberwil, Vier Höhen is an architecturally sophisticated new-build project by the renowned architectural firm Otto Partner Architekten.
The project comprises 26 residential units that meet modern requirements for comfort and everyday practicality. Each apartment has its own outdoor area and is equipped with up-to-date building services. In addition, practical hobby rooms are available within the project and can be used flexibly. At least one underground parking space is provided per apartment, offering direct, sheltered access to the building and rounding off the offering in a functional way.
The apartments are wheelchair-accessible and fitted with a modern comfort ventilation system. The development is heated via geothermal probes, and a photovoltaic system ensures sustainable energy generation.

Large window areas, well-defined spatial relationships, and a thoughtfully planned orientation of the buildings ensure that daylight, views, and privacy work together convincingly in everyday life. This creates living areas that remain clear in layout while also being versatile in use.
