There are also residential areas with all the infrastructure and security, and modern, recently built villas or Andalusian-style single-family homes. In the western part, we can mention the Valtocado and La Alquería residential areas, and in the eastern part, residential areas such as Las Terrazas, La Noria, Las Lomas de Mijas and, above all, the Buenavista area, which lives up to its name and offers spectacular views of the sea and the entire coast. From here you reach the Airport in less than 15 minutes and a 5-6 minute drive takes you to Benalmádena, Fuengiola and some of the best beaches & beach clubs around.
