As a data subject, you have the right to information under Article 15 of the GDPR, the right to rectification under Article 16 of the GDPR, the right to erasure under Article 17 of the GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Article 18 of the GDPR, the right to object under Article 21 of the GDPR and the right to data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR. What do we process your data for (purposes of processing and legal basis)?



We process the aforementioned personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG):



(a) for the fulfillment of contractual or pre-contractual obligations (Article 6(1)(b) DSGVO).



The processing of personal data is carried out for the provision of our real estate services in the context of the performance of our contracts with you or for the performance of pre-contractual measures, which are carried out at your request.



The purposes of the data processing are primarily based on your specific product/service interest and may include, among other things, the provision of advice with regard to real estate objects, the brokerage of real estate objects, the search for or the offer of real estate objects as well as the real estate evaluation. In addition, the purposes of the data processing may also serve to analyze your needs and to check whether a product or service is suitable for you. Purposes are in particular:

In addition, our company is subject to various legal obligations, i.e. legal requirements (e.g. from the Money Laundering Act or tax laws). The purposes of processing include, among others, the fulfillment of tax law control and reporting obligations, fraud and money laundering prevention.



Who receives access to your data?



Within our company, your data is only accessed by those who need it to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations, to fulfill your orders, to respond to your inquiries and/or to protect our legitimate interests (e.g. employees (permanent employees and freelance real estate consultants) from customer service, from the IT department, the marketing, finance, administration and accounting departments).

Is your data transferred to a third country or to an international organization?



The servers used by our company are located within the European Union.



Data is only transferred to countries outside the EU or the EEA if this is necessary to carry out your orders, if it is required by law, if you have given us your consent or within the framework of commissioned data processing. If service providers or other third parties are used in a third country (a country outside the European Economic Area), they will, in addition to written instructions, be obliged by the agreement of the EU standard contractual clauses to comply with the level of data protection in the European Economic Area, unless there is another legal basis for the transfer of personal data. IMPORTANT: Under no circumstances do we sell personal data to third parties.



How long will your data be stored?



We process and store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the processing purposes mentioned above, in particular for the fulfillment of our contractual and legal obligations and/or your orders.



If the data are no longer required for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations or your orders, they are regularly deleted, unless their temporary - further processing is required for the following purposes:



- Fulfillment of retention periods under commercial and tax law: these include, in particular, the German Commercial Code, the German Fiscal Code, the German Banking Act, the German Money Laundering Act and the German Securities Trading Act. The retention and documentation periods specified there range from two to ten years;

- Preservation of evidence within the framework of the statute of limitations: According to sections 195 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB), these limitation periods can be up to 30 years, with the regular limitation period being three years.

Our company website contains links to the most important social media network sites (e.g. Facebook and Twitter). In this respect, it is not a matter of embedding social media plug-ins, but of linking in which personal data is not transmitted to the social media operators.
